I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We send orders out Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm GMT excluding holidays. If you order before 9am GMT, we will ship your order on the same day. Once your product has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
How can I make changes or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order, as we pride ourselves on getting your orders to you as quickly as possible. The best form of communication is through our support email, which is support@passioniscollection.com. We will do our best to get your order changed, but if your order has reached our fulfillment centre, we have no way of changing, or cancelling your order.
Can I return a product purchased on sale?
We regret to inform you that all sale items on the last call page are final sales. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for these items. In addition to our standard 2 years warranty, surplus products are still covered by our manufacturer's warranty. Please contact support@passioniscollection.com if you have any queries.
Who covers the cost of the return?
The shipping cost for returns is £12.00 and is not refundable. For any queries about returns, please send an email to support@passioniscollection.com. We are more than happy to help!
